Barbados Diary.

From L.A we flew to the stunning island of Barbados- I packed along all of my favourite Billabong pieces from their Spring collection and spent a magical five days exploring, soaking up the sun and relaxing at the beautiful Crane Resort (a huge thank you to Siren Communications & Tourism Barbados for helping us book and organize this amazing adventure!)

The Crane Resort has the most gorgeous beach, with sparkling turquoise water and a white sandy beach, it was absolute heaven. I definitely spent a ton of time at the beach when I wasn't sitting by our personal pool or eating at one of the many restaurants (Zen Restaurant is not to be missed, the sushi is delicious!)

We also spent a day with Blue Isle Tours exploring all of the amazing spots around the Island - I definitely recommend going on a tour or renting a car while you are there - there is so much to see, and some of the sights are pretty far apart. Some of our favourite spots to visit were:

Sam Lord's Castle (apparently was built by a pirate!)
Farley Hill Ruins (One the most impressive mansion in Barbados, it is now in ruins and is being taken back by the forest. It looks like something out of Indiana Jones, so much fun to see! There is also a great viewing point from the hill, a perfect spot for a picnic.)
St. John Parish Church (The views from this spot are breathtaking, definitely worth a stop)
Bathsheba Beach  (Stunning beach and is without umbrella's & loungers so it truly feels like tropical paradise, and can be less busy than resort beaches)
Tent Bay (There is a small fish market here, so you can spot beautiful colourful boats in the water-it is also a great spot to surf!)

So much more coming from Barbados, stay tuned!
