The Four Seasons Koh Samui is one of the most magical resorts I've ever been lucky enough to visit - The view from the reception area is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and the villa's that are built right into the mountainside surrounded by natural flora & fauna - Just stunning! My favourite detail? The architect who designed the resort made sure not to cut down one single palm tree, leaving some palm trees growing through the floor and roof of some of the villa's - So cool!
The beach was equally stunning, and had four hammocks hanging over the ocean, which was definitely my favourite spot to relax & just swing in the breeze. The grounds were so much fun to explore, and when I needed a bit of a break from the sun, they have a full size Muay Thai Boxing ring where you can go and take lessons from a pro, or just go for a workout - And the ring is completely outside so you can lookout on the ocean and the jungle - seriously insane! They also have a wonderful library so no worries if you forgot your beach read, they have plenty of options for you to choose from.
I've also never experienced such a lovely staff - everyone went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful, and I am so grateful to everyone there who made our stay so perfect.
I am a huge fan of The Four Seasons, and their Koh Samui location is most definitely a must visit when in Thailand - It will leave you feeling seriously relaxed & recharged.
