A few more moments from my time in Baja California Sur - We did a bit of exploring from our hotel, Grand Velas Cabo, that we stayed in in Cabo with Air Transat, so I wanted to share a few highlights!

We visited San Jose Del Cabo, which is the "old town" of Cabo - It is really beautiful and definitely worth a visit! It was under construction while we were there (from the storm damage) but there are tons of cute shops & restaurants there - I recommend La Revolucion ~they have wonderful cocktails!

We also stopped by Acre Baja, which was an absolute dream, and is a must visit when you are in Cabo. They are a restaurant and bar (which is beautiful and the food & cocktails are insanely delicious) but they also offer beautiful grounds that you can wander through with a pool, ping pong table, fire pits with games like giant jenga and they even have a few animals that you can visit (including the cutest goats!)

We checked out their Mezcal tasting room as well, which was amazing & delicious - They make their own Mezcal which I found was smoother than many others I tried, so I was a big fan. They also just opened treehouse accommodations & offer wedding packages, so if you are newly engaged, I would check it out! It was a super cool spot to spend the afternoon and into the evening.

We did a day trip to La Paz to swim with Whale Sharks - It has been on my bucket list for ages so I was super excited to get a chance to do it. It was magical! They are so calm and so amazing to see close up. We went with Cabo Shark Dive, and had the best guide, Miguel, who made sure to take care for the animals and explained that we could only go into the water 4 at a time and to never touch the sharks. He also knew so much about the sharks & the history of the area - it was perfect!

The drive to La Paz was really gorgeous, and on the way back we stopped at the little surf town Todos Santos - And this is where I would actually stay next time I am visiting this area - It is super cool! Great little shops & restaurants right on the beach with a more relaxed feeling than Cabo and even than San Jose. Loved it!

I love Mexico and this part of Mexico is so pretty & so different - It is a favourite and I can't wait to go again soon!
